About

Walk With Constant Awareness

Journey To Freedom

I have been closely associated with meditation and spirituality for last 15 years. I am convinced that the mind plays a major role is shaping our lives. Fifteen years ago I was in a near life threatening situation.

I consider myself fortunate that my misfortune brought me in contact with meditation and wonderful people trying to lead pure and meaningful life. I not only survived but also got connected to a lot of wonderful whose presence adds a special meaning to my life. We are all connected through vibrations of goodwill and compassion.

My connection to mind and its powers is more experiential than theoretical. The path of self exploration and spiritual development is a long long path. Presence of supportive people is a great asset. It will be truly great if this blog can motivate or help people walk on the path of personal strength and self discovery.

My website deals with various things related to mind and its growth. I am also connected to some NGOs and occasionally write on social issues too. My articles can be sampled on hubpages and also on wikinut. If you wish to consider writing on wikinut, please explore here.
