Underplay The Power Of Mind Only At Your Own Peril!

Mind is powerhouse of energy

Subconscious Mind

Mind is a powerhouse of energy; largely untapped. Our so called normal living habits utilize only a fraction of this energy; it uses only the conscious part of the mind. Comparing with an iceberg it is only a tiny fraction of the whole mind; the remaining bigger chunk is far more powerful and has unimaginable potential we know nothing about. However, a sense of awakening is slowly spreading about the true potential of human mind.

I see a lot of general dissatisfaction among people about the way they are living their lives. While money can buy material comforts and social prestige but it fails to provide any meaningful solution to the lingering sense of emptiness to any inquisitive person. In fact, all human happiness is subject to the interpretation of things by the mind which is certainly non-material. Therefore, exploration and evolution of mind is an important task any intelligent person will always invest time and energy in. Without that we are just living like a vegetable and of course die like it. This is a life badly confined and restricted – some like that of a frog in the well. Evolution means learning to go beyond whatever limited attitudes, beliefs, ideas, and wisdom we have developed.

Fortunately for us technology has revolutionized our life and lifestyle. The so called “normal” people restrict them to mere enjoyment of material goods and digital entertainment. They fail to understand that there is technology that can free them from the boundaries of limited living. If we become what we think, we can sure train to think differently, have healthy set of beliefs, develop right attitudes, change ossified behavior pattern, and come out of emotional bottlenecks. All this has been greatly simplified by a highly misunderstood technique called hypnosis; in nutshell it is neat way to access the subconscious mind and plant healthy thoughts and beliefs. 4-6 weeks are normally enough to see tangible benefits; practically anything can be tackled by it, whether addictions – to sex, alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or say chocolates – fears and phobia, low self esteem, lack of confidence, and so on.

Nevertheless, there are time tested age-old ways of expanding our limited mind, say through meditation.

Meditation: The wonderful Tool to Keep You Sane

Proper meditation is the only tool to keep the mind in good shape and disciplined. Meditation is all about preserving and nurturing goodness and eliminating mental impurities. It is nothing but a path of self purification – of the subconscious store house of all past experiences and impressions. It is converting mental junkyard into a beautiful landscape where virtues and good thoughts can take roots and grow. It is reducing the force of mental “tendencies” that often drive us in unknown directions, despite all our so- called intelligence and logical brilliance.

Even if we can’t find time to meditate, it helps tremendously to keep healthy thoughts in mind. Thoughts are like seeds with potential to grow into ideas and shape our lives.
